Today I was able to successfully create my presentation of how my tank comes together!!! I actually found this to probably be the most easiest and fun altogether. I had absolutely no problem making it and I looks great in my opinion. However, I did have to be careful, because I had to make it look realistic so I could not have anything look as if it your pashing through any parts.

Today was probably my most productive day. I was able to create the tank and finish the tank treads. I also applied color to most of my tank as well. I surprisingly found making the treads to be a bit easier than I expected. I was able to make them in about 1-2. Then I applied it to the current assembly of the tank, by the axles.
Today I worked for about 5 hours in autodesk inventor creating connector pieces, putting them together, and making the main gun. Though it took a long time, I made excellent progress. I made (in my opinion) a great connector piece and then applied it to the front and back of my tank. I then made it to where I could then connect my front and back together to my mid-section. I then made the main gun part and connected it to the top part of my mid-section. However, I'm still not caught up yet. I still have to make the treads and then apply them to the mid-section.
Today I wasn't able to get much done. This was so because, I had a terrible misunderstanding with the parts I created yesterday. I did not see the parts I created yesterday and I had assumed they had not saved. So I wasted the making the same parts I made yesterday. I did add axles on, and I do plan on making more parts tonight.
Today I realized I had made a big mistake. I had already made the body of the tank when it was supposed to be into three separate pieces. Realizing this, I had to restart and make the tank body back into three pieces. However, it really wasn't as hard as I expected. All I really had to do was look at the body I had already created and figure out its dimensions into 3 parts. Using this I was able to create the first two parts of my tank.
Today was probably the most stressful of all. Today I tried to make tank treads. However, when I created the basic frame of the treads on inventor I ran into problems making it hollow for the gears in the treads. It took me like 30 minutes to figure out how to make it hollow. Then I ran into even more problems trying to make the tread pattern on the inside of the tread frame. So then I eventually abandoned the idea of making the treads first because it became way to stressful. So then I decided to just make the body of the tank.
Today I was only able to do a very limited amount of work today. I was only able to figure out my dimensions for me tank today. Those dimensions are: length, 10.76 in. width, 4.88 in. height, 5.227 in. I was able to get started on my tank treads today. I hope to have the rest of the tank built soon.
Today I decided to help my group decide what they were going to make for our project. Seth decided that he would make the Hindenburg ( a giant Zeppelin), Ethan said he was going to make an American army vehicle, and I was going to make a tank. I am going to make it using 7 parts. The main body is divide into 3 parts. Then there is a pair of treads. Also there will be the gun parts divided into two more parts the main body then the gun barrel.
Today I conferenced with my group members today and discussed what our group them should be. I talked it over with Seth today and I told Ethan ,(who was not here today), we agreed on it to make the theme about WW2. So now we are deciding on what vehicles to make and who will make what.
